Synovial Fluid: WBC 17440, hazy, crystals negative, protein 4.4, glucose 45, Lyme disease PCR positive.
Lyme disease serum ELISA positive.
Lyme disease serum Western blot positive.

Other Studies:
Right knee X-Ray: no osseous abnormalities.
Right knee MRI: small joint effusion, no other significant findings.
