XRAY: Mild lateral patellar tilt. No acute osseous findings.
MRI without contrast: Complete ACL, PCL tears. Complete disruption of the lateral collateral ligament and popliteus tendon near the femoral attachements. Disruption of the biceps femoris attachment to the fibular head. Intermediate MCL sprain. Diffuse soft tissue edema. Large joint effusion with synovitis.
