Other Studies: Knee X-rays Normal Arthrocentesis Normal synovial fluid without evidence of hemorrhage, crystals, inflammation, or infection MRI of Left Knee Increased T2 signal in the posterior aspect of the knee, consistent with the synovial area as well as heterogeneous synovial signal just medial to the patellar tendon anteriorly. No significant ligamentous abnormality or meniscal pathology.
