Patient Presentation:
41 year old right hand dominant male presented to the office with 1 day history of increased swelling of his right upper arm and excruciating pain at the right elbow after excessive weight lifting.
Review of systems were negative for tingling and bruising.

History:
Medication: None
Past Medical History: None
Past Surgical History: None
Family History: Negative for thromboembolism
